Breast Augmentation Prices range from $3,990-$7,500 (all inclusive) depending on which options are chosen:
Saline implants, below the muscle, via a nipple incision are the least expensive and cost $4,200. With a 5% all cash discount, this would be $3,990. This includes the price for everything: Consultation, pre-operative visit/testing, surgeon fee, implant fee, facility fee, anesthesia fee, nursing fee, post-operative visit. These implants work best for women who are size A and do not have large pectoral muscles.
Saline implants, below the muscle by an axillary (armpit) incision are $5,000. This incision is not as cosmetic as incisions below the breast or navel.
Saline implants above the muscle, inframmammary (breast crease) incision, are $5,500. This is the most popular combination of saline implants. It is best for women who are cup size B or greater, but do not mind a very discreete incision below the breast crease.
Saline implants via a naval incision (most cosmetic but most expensive) are $6,500. These incisions are best for dancers and models who may be seen in the nude. No scars are visible around the breasts.
Adjustable implants are saline implants that may be adjusted months or years after surgery. These are desired by women who may get pregnant again or for professional models who need to be a different bust size for different photo shoots. These are $7,500. Each office adjustment is $200.
Silicone implants, above or below muscle, any incision are $7,500. These are the best implants but require the biggest incision. They can not be inserted via the navel. They have the most natural feel but they do not look any different than saline im plants. These implants are best placed above the muscle-even in men. These are the best implants after mastectomy and should be placed below the muscle in these cases.
These prices are for first time breast augmentation patients. Patients who have had prior breast augmentation or breast cancer surgery are not included here. These prices do not include breast lift, nipple lift, nipple reduction.
In-house financing is available for those who do not qualify for credit. All you need is a voided check and valid ID. A patient needs to finance 50% of the case before surgery can be performed, the remaining 50% is paid after surgery. For example, below muscle saline implants may be scheduled with $2,000 needs to be financed before the procedure. For silicone implants, $3.750 needs to be financed before the procedure.
