To enter Chicagolandcosmetics Annual Make Over Contest please submit a picture (with front and side views) together with a short letter to LookHot@ChicagolandCosmetics.com   explaining why you or someone you know would benefit from a Chicagolandcosmetics makeover.

• Annual Contest winners are chosen every New Years Eve!
•  
  Grand Prize is one $6,000 credit for a makeover at our facility.
• Silver Prize is one $3,000 credit applied for a makeover at our facility!
• Ten Bronze place prizes include wrinkle treatment to the face with Botox and Juvederm, worth $400 each.
• All entries submitted and postdated one week before New Year's Eve each year will be eligible to win that years contest.
• All entries postdated after the New Year will be eligible to win the following years' contest.
• Employees or family members of Chicagolandcosmetics.com are not eligible to win. Otherwise, contest is open to all.
• All interested contestants must submit their full name, phone number and pictures. Cell phone number is preferable to land line, because we can text message you. An e-mail address is nice but not mandatory.
• Winner of makeover agrees to allow us to use before and after pictures on the Web. Contestant winners will NOT have their face  or name shown on the internet.
